Impressive customer service from #Waitrose. They refunded the price of a product included in a home delivery, even though I had not considered that necessary.
I had noticed en paasant on the doorstep that the packaging was open but implicitly accepted the delivery and thought nothing more about it, as the three Magnums were unharmed/undamaged in their individual sealed sleeves.
A refund was not necessary but, in a surfeit of precaution, was indeed most welcome.
