Thirteen months of administrative detention followed. She spent the last six in total isolation, in a cell two and a half meters by one, without a window or ventilation. Prison authorities moved her there days after Israel’s national security minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, visited Damon Prison. I didn’t know until today that #PatrickStewart was an outspoken advocate against #ViolenceAgainstWomen (for his mom) and also for supports for veterans (for his dad). But it fits.
