Zelda TotK Hover or focus to reveal Sensitive
Another ground Labyrinth complete. They're always easy but this one was unfortunately extra short because I accidentally picked the correct direction right at the start (left). So even after I cleared it I went and ran through the right side as well. The rewards you get for doing these are never great, I just like maze. To get to the sky Labyrinth I had to do another set of sky islands to get close enough to just get over there. That was another rotating orb one. #TotK

But I have touched down at the sky Labyrinth and have the teleport spot there so I can do it when I feel like it. Getting the sky diving set relatively early in the game is such a game changer. With it upgraded you literally don't take any fall damage no matter how far you fall. It's kinda scary just to fly directly at the ground without pulling up on the glider at the last second to break the fall. Also got a fire dragon claw for another quest while I was up there. #TotK

Since I'll be working late for the next seven days I probably will only get some random wandering and puttering around for the next while. So back to finding lightroots and caves. #TotK

Ended up playing later than usual because I wanted to get as much done in one go as possible. Which means I did the plot necessary electric sky islands. I now know why I didn't remember them at all - they're very bland and forgettable, especially with my electric blocking helmet. Then with Mineru's mask we went into the Depths and now I remembered the factories. Because I remembered how much I hated doing them. And I hated doing them again. #TotK

Hmm, despite building upon the success of BotW, somehow I can't help but feel a bit let down by Tears of the Kingdom. Currently doing the Zora kingdom quest and it really doesn't hold water to the previous installment. Where's for example the new version of the lyonel fight? That was a memorable event, not to mention the journey to the city you did before that. This all feels like a watered down version of it. #totk #legendofzelda #NintendoSwitch #videogames
