Pumpkins are such good value. I haven’t grown any this year, but last week I bought a crown pumpkin cheap. So far I’ve used it as the main ingredient for soup (5 servings), risotto (4 servings) and curry (6 servings). There’s still a quarter left! #pumpkins #thrift
