I love how they ALL sidestep that 'innocuous' observation, oh and by the way, not unlike #NaomiKlein dismissing #ThomasPiketty as a fringe kook in two phrases scattered in her book. Then again, perhaps, like me and John Cage, they are actually eager to smash The System? Perhaps I should enthusiastically endorse them.
