Real talk: the pre-stream ADHD inertia is rough. Saving my focus meds for the broadcast means forcing myself to start while my brain is still in low-power mode. Once I’m live I have a blast, but man, that hurdle to get past the starting line is a daily battle. 🫠 #StreamerLife
