When high profile Black women and gnc birthing people like Beyoncé Knowles, Ericka Hart, Serena Williams, and Tatyana Ali are facing traumatic birthing experiences, obstetric violence, and medical racism you really have to wonder how many untold horrors working class Black women have undergone in the 21st century. Bodily autonomy means the state cannot compel you to sustain another life with your organs. To force gestation is to deny personhood to the one gestating. This is not a debate about potential life, it is about power. #abortion #BodilyAutonomy #ReproductiveJustice
