Quantum’s Lang package is evolving in 3.1.0.

What used to be single file-based translations is now an adapter-based, multi-provider translation system.

Built-in providers now include:

• File translations
• DeepL
• Google Translate

The code is already available on GitHub as part of #533: https://github.com/quantum-php/framework/tree/master/src/Lang

This is an early announcement before the 3.1.0 release.
