Just in case people in the US don't know - this fresh vegetable parasite outbreak is still spreading, and has hit 31 states so far. Vegetable culprit is unknown. Avoid prepared salads and any prepared veggies as much as possible, and to be on the safe side, maybe avoid leafy greens and berries for now. Washing won't kill the parasite. Cooking will, but who cooks salad? Stay safe out there.
