Il Tempo: Comunicato Stampa: Sesta commissione, primo ok a leggi su Giorno del Ricordo, promozione Pianura Veneta La Sesta commissione del Consiglio Veneto presieduta da Enoch Soranzo (Fratelli d'Italia), vicepresidente, Monica Sambo (Partito Democratico), segretario, Francesco Calzavara (Lega-LV), nel corso della seduta odierna, ha dato il proprio via libera, ad ampia maggioranza, senza voti contrari, al progetto di legge n. 35, a prima del presidente Soranzo, rubricato “Iniziative per il ricordo delle foibe, dell'esodo giuliano-dalmata e delle vicende del confine orientale”, che mira, in sintesi e in analogia con quanto già previsto per il Giorno della Memoria, a strutturare un percorso istituzionale e didattico rivolto alle giovani generazioni come la convocazione di una seduta solenne o speciale della Commissione consiliare competente in occasione del Giorno del Ricordo, l'istituzione del concorso “Norma Cossetto” per gli studenti delle scuole secondarie di secondo grado, e la possibilità di promuovere iniziative di conoscenza dei luoghi della memoria. La responsabilità editoriale e i contenuti di cui al presente comunicato stampa sono a cura di CONSIGLIO REGIONALE VENETO Press Release: Sixth Committee, First Approval of Laws on Remembrance Day, Promotion of the Venetian Plain The Sixth Committee of the Veneto Regional Council, chaired by Enoch Soranzo (Fratelli d'Italia), Vice President, Monica Sambo (Partito Democratico), Secretary, Francesco Calzavara (Lega-LV), during today’s session, gave its green light, with a broad majority and without dissenting votes, to Law Project No. 35, presented by President Soranzo, entitled “Initiatives for the Remembrance of the Foibe, the Julian-Dalmatian Exodus, and Eastern Border Events,” which, in summary and in analogy with what is already provided for the Day of Remembrance, aims to structure an institutional and educational path addressed to young generations such as the convening of a solemn or special session of the competent Council Committee on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance, the establishment of the “Norma Cossetto” competition for secondary school students, and the possibility of promoting initiatives for knowledge of the places of memory. This legislative initiative can thus be included in the agenda of assembly work, with rapporteur President Soranzo and co-rapporteur, Carlo Cunegato, spokesperson for Alleanza Verdi e Sinistra (Green and Left Alliance).
