Edmonton rolls out e-scooter safety pilot project in Mill Woods Mill Woods is the newest e-bike and e-scooter expansion area in Edmonton. Venting The entitlement of some drivers... This BMW is parked in the hash marks between handicap parking spaces (and no they do not have a disability parking pass) I see things like this frequently and it drives me up a wall. If I hadn't been so worn out from getting food at Costco, I would have stopped to report it but my knee was done. #disability #handicap #parking

Nearly 30,000 curbside parking spaces could disappear as NYC replaces sidewalk trash bags with giant Empire Bins. Visitors to Regina’s downtown will no longer have the option of digging for change to plug the parking meter.

The City of Regina is shifting to digital-only parking payment as of next week, effective Sunday March 1.

Downtown meters will no longer accept coins to pay for on-street parking. Instead, residents must pay electronically using the PayByPhone smartphone app, online at PayByPhone.com or by calling 1-888-680-7275.

"Use this smartphone app" --> requires a smartphone "Use this website" --> requires a smartphone "Or call this phone number" --> requires a phone

I do not own a smartphone / cell phone / mobile phone. How the hell am I supposed to pay for downtown parking, which I have to half a dozen times per month?

"Just get a cell phone" is NOT an acceptable response, FWIW.
