I collected the grandson from school as arranged. We've made tea for both of them. Dad has been on a pub crawl in that London. Mum has been doing work stuff, but not working. Why are we still sitting freezing in their house and not in our own home? (No, I haven't a clue what time one of them will be here) Bored. #family #grandparents #MyDay

I've finished writing a comprehensive, but succinct, list of points and questions for my Urology clinic appointment tomorrow. I just hope I get the chance to ask all the questions, and if I do, get some coherent answers. Too much information follows: I've been panicking about the urine flow test I've been warned about because I will need to 'do' at least 150ml in one go. When I was doing the fluid balance chart my average wee was about 70ml. By drinking water at regular intervals this morning I managed 200ml, but it was seriously uncomfortable! I now have a strategy for tomorrow... #BPH #MensHealth #Urology #MyDay
