Le indagini riaperte e l'ipotesi del bullismo Nell'aprile scorso erano state riaperte le indagini su quel suicidio, a un anno dall'archiviazione, con l'ipotesi che il ragazzo sia stato vittima di bullismo a scuola, l'istituto alberghiero Panzini. I quattro indagati "sono le stesse persone - si legge nella nota - che, fin dall'inizio della vicenda, la famiglia e il suo difensore avevano indicato come centrali ai fini dell'accertamento dei fatti, chiedendo con determinazione che venissero svolti tutti gli approfondimenti investigativi necessari". Le ipotesi di reato contestate dalla Procura comprendono gli atti persecutori e l'istigazione al suicidio. L'avvocato Perricci parla di "un passaggio processuale di grande rilievo che conferma la necessità di verificare fino in fondo ogni elemento emerso".
