Migraine overnight and unsure of its attribution. I had stayed away from all my normal triggers all week. 🙁
That leaves two physically-hard concrete driveway repair-work sessions Sat & Sun, air quality issues, plus a weather change overnight. Something in there pushed me into the pit. First hint was late afternoon.
Oh well - meds are usually on top of it quickly. Such is life.
