Since Radio-Canada first broke the story last week of fake maple syrup found on grocery store shelves, consumers have since found cans of syrup in stores from the same producer with a sticker hiding the company’s name.

2nd boil started. Yesterday and today were warmer than forecast and the sap ran strong. More than I have room for, so I will boil furiously and collect the rest in the morning. #maplesyrup I will buy another 120L bucket for more storage buffer. And a burner, since my new pan will not fit on the BBQ...and I can't pull a wagon with 300kg offroad to the BBQ in the back. And propane. Always propane. Edit - removed that TPB vid because the guy who plays Bubbles is a greasy bastard.
