By now, it is obvious that McConnell is not able to telephone Gov. Beshear or call in to state, national, or global news outlets. "Improving and working remotely" would easily allow him to call in a health update and/or take interviewer questions. Obviously someone is lying about McConnell's condition - several someones. He is missing and to be presumed dead.
