The "Rewind" title is a connection, albeit tenuous, with the theme, but if you listen carefully to Nagyung just after the 1:00 mark, you will hear her sing " Going round n round". #KpopOfTheWeek Every weekend I look back at the preceding week in Kpop and pick out a music video or performance that I have particularly liked. This week I have chosen Le Sserafim -- Made My Night -- Studio Choom. Of all the versions of "Made My Night" that have appeared recently, I like this Studio Choom the best. The absence of Overwatch clutter, tech dress, and set decoration makes this simple piece of dance pop a pleasure for me to watch.The song is too short, a little repetitive and "basic", but still fun for what it is. I like the kicks in the choreography and all the girls look genuinely cheerful as they perform. I was especially struck by how pretty Sakura looks with her pink bob and unbuttoned satin blouse. I shouldn't be charmed by Chaewon's "miwwor", but I am! So I feel oddly buzzed and will therefore create a thread about a stage from one of my favourite groups, RESCENE. There is a lot to like here both to hear and to see, but I'm afraid I have to draw attention to a styling horror -- the footwear. Yesterday I noted the delicately understated white shoes that the girls wore for their 260415 Show Champion No such luck today.
