Kind of a niche post, but if any #scuba divers are looking into diving Kaua'i, the famous Tunnels dive is now off-limits to commerical operations. This is a fairly recent change inside Haena State Park; no more permits for any commercial activity. Divers can still dive there but tours and paid guides are not allowed. A local guide just confirmed this to me. I would NOT recommend swimming or diving into the maze of lava tubes without an experienced guide.
