How do you feel about video creators who use text-to-speech for narration?
Specifically, a creator who:
- discloses they're using text-to-speech, and why,
- wrote the script themselves by hand without genAI, and
- iterated on the input and output until it sounds good
(This will determine whether I'm able to go back to making videos or whether I abandon the project and do something else with my free time)
