If there are people around who are on warfarin because of antiphospholipid syndrome I'd be interested to know how you manage it in your daily life (lab/self-testing, diet tips, traveling etc.)
I was recently diagnosed and started Warfarin but the hashtag #warfarin seems to be mainly about rat poison.
Which is not exactly helpful.😑
I'd appreciate it if anyone's willing to share their experience.
