In "The Corbomite Manuever," after Balok has given the Enterprise crew 10 Earth minutes to make peace with their deities McCoy enters the bridge wearing a standard uniform tunic. Then, in close-ups, he's wearing his medic tunic. Then when Bailey freaks out McCoy is back in his standard uniform.
