I will be doing a run of hand forged prep knives, would anyone be interested in buying one? I'll include some photos of previous ones in the next post Starting at aud$400. Hand forged 26c3 blades (high purity carbon steel, like Japanese white #2 but with slightly more carbon. Takes a very nice fine edge).
