Old capacitors replaced, whole board cleaned with window cleaner. Before I washed it, plugged it in but no movement. After this dries gets Triflow lubrication of motor plus any switches. #repair #8track

Not Windex, but some "industrial window cleaner". Hopefully not metal eating 😜 Did you know there is a "window cleaner" fragrance? Lol #repair #8track

Removed all the screws... circuit board in here. Will recap this, and then also clean this with Windex. As every piece of 8 track equipment I have seen (never bought or fixed one) smells like cigarettes. This will have to air out for awhile outdoors. #repair #8track

Got the back off... what's hiding in there? Looks like a good call to not just plug it in. I will most certainly have to recap this. #repair #8track
