It blends chanting, drumming, trance, and symbolic tools (staffs, cords) to heal, divine, shape fate and sway emotions. Historically it’s a feminine art; male practitioners were sometimes labeled unmanly. The Poetic Edda and Prose Edda record my lessons, even to Odin himself. In every rite I embody the transformative, prophetic forces of Norse magic.
