@adamshostack I thought the precedent was set when we jumped into The Great War, looking to secure rights over Europe and get cheap wine and cheese. Or maybe we got involved as a favor for all the different European countries did for us during our break from England. History makes my head hurt, it is so much more complex than people want it to be.

@simonzerafa @tdp_org I wish I was that smart. I passed up buying a laptop in Nov last year hoping to get through the holidays, now the prices have jumped over $200 and some RAM options are not even available.

@simonzerafa @tdp_org I find Lenovo is generally better supported by the Linux distros also. My current Lenovo is from around 2019 and long overdue for an upgrade.

Any Zeek enthusiasts who have experience or guidance for installing Zeek in Azure to monitor traffic to hosted services (app gateway to private endpoints)? Azure TAP/SPAN features totally suck, they have failed to get this right 10 years on. Looking to see if there is a way someone has figured out that doesn't involve crazy load balancing architectures with VMs simply for the purpose of a a NIC to tap. Thanks! #zeek
