Claude and Codex were following different rules in the same workspace. Nothing crashed, which made the drift harder to spot. Claude routed work through Brigade but buried the answer under process notes. Codex led with the answer. Their copies also disagreed about shared memory files and handoffs. Brigade harness profiles give all seven supported CLIs one reviewed baseline while leaving my local notes alone. https://git.brigade.tools #AIAgents #DevTools #OpenSource

escoffier labs presents: verify runs a signed exit code, not an opinion. brigade work verify run executes your check and records the command plus the code it returned. the receipt is a file you can grep, diff, and roll back. "tests pass" stops being a vibe.

archived two of my own tools. stationtrail and sourceharvest only existed to convert data into one format: miseledger.adapter.v1. miseledger already read those sources itself, so i folded both in as crawl sessions + crawl files. old exports still import.
