@Paleface@nicecrew.digital @WhiteJihadJaws@poa.st you need one almost everywhere in Germany, but lots of places people don't clip the chain back, so it's a mix. They do it in diverse areas ofc. I also noticed an increase in this measures since I first moved (not my fault I swear). In contrast, while in Vienna, I saw a lot less of that, they also didn't charge for the returnable wine/beer glasses. And they play classical music at the parks. Looked like a higher high trust society from my brief glimpse
