i'm also curious what new hell they invented. i have DJI Tello and i can fully control it with Go code (using gobot), including access to the camera (with a bit of ffmpeg piping), without any apps.

i first pgdump the DB on the local FS and then send it to backblaze with restic. i can't say if it's a better or even a good solution, though, i'm not a real devops 👀
