4.6.8 is now released, with text explaining this functionality added to the UI. (Did you know that even though Drupal Code Builder has no UI, it defines the UI? That's because it defines a data schema, which Module Builder uses to automatically build the forms to edit your module in Drupal.)

Totally forgot that you can use parameters in a router item's path, e.g. '/my-path/{parameter}' and they will be added as parameters to the controller's callback. If they're entity type IDs, the parameter will have the entity interface as its type, so the entity is upcasted. I've added this to the Module Builder docs site: https://drupal-code-builder.github.io/module-builder-docs/sections/routes_forms/ and UI text about this will be in the next release of #Drupal Code Builder.

New release of Drupal Code Builder adds support for generating core CLI commands, which are new in #Drupal 11.4.0, released earlier this week. Define your command's name, description, aliases, parameters, and options, as well as injected services for the command class.
