MIRTA Podcasting and Video

@newsgroup yes, that thought has crossed my mind. Especially for founders in my neck of the woods who do not speak English. Maybe they'd join if there was something for them here, too.

@hannaB oh, one thing led to another. I started researching and learning about Fediverse for a client, and the more I learn, the more I want to try to "live on it" and see if I like the experience. The concept is interesting. Reminds me of the pre-algo early days of the Internet.

@hannaB@social.vir.group Hi Anna, thanks for the welcome. I can see you have been here for a while. What's your experience here so far?

@newsgroup ... If you were referring to English, then yes. But first I have to learn enough about our instance and meet enough colleagues, founders and business people, to be 100% sure it is save and worth recommending. What woud be your own answer, from your personal experience to the question they'll probably have: --- have you made some meaningful networking connections here, and how many did turn to concrete business collaborations?

Hi @hannaB, since I am so new here, tell me: Have you made any meaningful networking connections here so far? Have any of them turned into a real sale? Do you find it hard to find new people to connect with without an algorithm? Here's my own answer: I believe in networking; I've been using it successfully for three decades. Many lucrative projects emerged from it. And the bonus is that I've met people who've become my business friends.

@hannaB great to hear that. What do you do? What kind of business do you run?
