What a difference 60 lbs makes. Mowed the lawn this evening after a full day of work and I'm not wiped out. Still have energy, still feel great. Wild what your body can do when you take care of it. 💪

As of this morning I'm down 60 pounds since January (346.6->286.0 today). For my datacenter friends: that's a 2U rack-mount UPS. The one you dread lifting. I was carrying that everywhere, all day, every day. No miracle product. A CGM, honest data, and boring consistency. Turns out the same approach that works for infrastructure works for health: instrument the system, watch the metrics, make small corrections early, and don't chase silver bullets. Six months in. Monitoring continues.
