They also recently announced a partnership with Motorola. The flagship Motorola phones next year will have an option to install grapheneos by default.
Trust issues with Google are totally understandable but GrapheneOS is a custom OS that wipes everything Google off (which can be optionally reinstalled in a sandbox that allows you to tightly control what it can and cannot access)
