Someone sent me some money and thank you so much. I don't know who it was, but I could cry. 🥹 I think my immediate plan after talking to some friends is to get back home to MA somehow and stay with one of them until I'm back on my feet. It doesn't mean you're right, but you know you very well by this point. If you bring these observations and concerns to a doctor, that's worth anything, they will listen to you.

@DarthSn3ak3rs@infosec.exchange Finding out what you're dealing with is a huge thing. I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until my 30s and it changed my life for the better. I couldn't hold a job, because I'd get SO BORED after "mastering" it quickly and running out of growth opportunities and learning. All of the issues that you have suddenly make sense and you can learn mitigation tools, coping mechanisms (HEALTHY ONES), etc. Knowing what you're fighting is big. I will always stand by that.

Everyone knows I've been laid off since October and my life is in shambles, but I'm facing homelessness soon if I can't pay rent. I have only made under $400 this month (Rover booking, and 12+hrs of work for $45 total in 115+F heat lol) My half of the rent alone is $1300+ I don't know what to do. Well today it's 08:45 and I've made the ex-gf/roommate coffee and breakfast by 0700 or so, taken her dog and my own out, job hunting, forgot to take my meds still, didn't make myself breakfast or anything, reading about the hide your email vuln/patch by Apple, I've warmed up my vocals and sang a few tracks and feeling good about my progress there. I am pretty sure this woman I've agreed to meet and try to help move furniture is going to sell my kidneys for cash. I'm scouring craigslist for gigs to do for people, I've contemplated sex work and wish I wasn't a man sometimes, and it's not even 0900. I've avoided one panic attack today, but there's ALWAYS one in the chamber of late and I don't know what happened to me to make me like this.
