Active users need to understand they need to support the cost of their instance, its the cost of being an a open communications environment where you are not the product. Having migrated from #vmstio (mastodon instance dies today June 30th) to #infosecexchange, i made sure i started a monthy support to my new instance.

Put in an order for 2x32GB DDR5 R-DIMM 5600. Will see if they arrive for a WRX90 build (previous 2 orders cancelled by supplier in Oct & Nov 25). Got all the pieces but the CPU, as I did not need to buy an expensive CPU if i can’t source DDR5 memory.
