@rixx That's a super interesting article and it makes me wonder. Is there some report or work or conference or whatnot where people have collected the experience of admins and moderators of different platforms and tried to summarize the main issues one has to face, the obvious do and don't, what notions a behaviour guideline should always address etc ? I know there isn't one way to handle moderation that works everywhere but still, that would be interesting if there was such a work to collect testimonies.
