If he wins he sets a precedent that ANYTHING that can record a screen is now considered criminal. That is the tool itself, not the act of recording, not some shady crack or hack that allows you to do it, BUT THE TOOL itself. This would affect everything from screen recorders, to tools that allow you to download internet media, to who knows what else. He also has a shitty attitude, having called wheelchair-bound people poor for not being able to afford a wheelchair that works. He just turned comments off globally because he’s getting the POS treatment he deserves.
