  Does anyone have any good methods to deal with cptsd, severe hypervigialnce as if in a warzone and the occasional flashes of absolute bloody horror that get projected into ones mind against ones own will ? Assuming 0 access to any form of healthcare :/ Also cant afford therapy and previous cbt and other "professionals" proved to be completely and utterly useless. Thanks.

  I want to personally GUT and LYNCH anyone who thought and or thinks that the current bureaucratic mess of my country was/is a good idea. You call an obscure phone number only for the FUCKING IDIOT on the other side of the phone to tell you that they dont know and proceed to vomit 2 more phone numbers for me to "try" I might aswell be fighting a fucking hydra right about now. You call one number, with 1 question, you get 2 numbers, and 2 more questions.... Bloody fucking hel...
