  Who runs this account? It randomly boosts "popular" posts, except these posts are OLD, many of which are no longer relevant. Supposedly, this bot would stop RTing you if you tell it to stop. I did multiple times, but it still likes to repost my old shit every so often.

  I think the worst part about the culture war was the mentality from both sides that everyone was the enemy unless proven otherwise, so you might as well pick the side that you find the least cringe/offensive.   I don't even know what this Quartering drama is all about, but I find it said that people still obsess over these YouTube political grifters. Virtually every single one of them has become a lolcow at some point. Who cares? Just move on with your life.

  I wish I could tell my 19 year old self that the culture war is mostly being funded by the SPLC and that every celebrity on all sides would eventually become lolcows so it's not worth wasting your time spectating on it. No. I was never on any movement, but I will admit that I wasted my time watching videos from all sides, and it did affect my performance in college. I was only drawn in because the Internet circles I was in were the ones most affected by it.

  With the whole SPLC thing, I was wondering if we can go back to having (mostly) apolitical communities to discuss about hobbies....then I realized that we are still living in crazy, uncertain times regardless, and sunk-cost fallacy is a thing so probably not for a while.

  Why hasn't anyone forked TCRF yet? The content on the site is CC licensed so Xkeeper has no power to prevent redistribution of the content over there. That was my favorite wiki and it's time for an alternative run by someone who doesn't rangeban IPs because the HTTP referrals were from a site they don't like.
