The Skytrains are back! She remembered the Skytrains from when she was a kid. They were the symbol of the workers and their unions. When the Colonial Suppression Units took over, they became the symbol of resistance. The CSU won and the Skytrains vanished for many, many years. May the 4th be with you! Revisiting a render from 2019. Hangar environment, Pit Droid and Astromechs kitbashed from DAZ and imported into C4D, If found the Razor Crest somewhere on the web (no readme) and had to rework and reshader it for C4D/Redshift. To celebrate may the 4th and the start of "The Mandalorian And Grogu" in a few days from now, I exported a Mando from DAZ and added it. "AI Music" Revisiting an older render. I want to get away from Photoshop, that I used for over 20 years, so my muscle memory and workflows are tied to it very much. Project "Ditch Photoshop": What I really miss in alternatives is content aware heal or replace, since I very (!) often have to retouch or remove minor details (and clone stamp is not good enough or takes way too much time). But actually there is a plugin for Krita that lets me use a local AI algorithm server for exactly this use case. Installed: works. I still want to get rid of Photoshop and move to @Krita . One thing I was missing were the vector shapes. So here is a Python program that converts Photoshop csh and psp files to Krita svg shapes. It comes as a plugin and as a standalone Python file with a TKInter UI. Tested on Windows and MacOS. I did a thing: I come from Cinema 4D and migrated to #Blender because I was unhappy that Maxon (the company behind C4D) became evil. But I always struggled with the way Blender lets me assign materials to objects and in my opinion this could be more user friendly. I looked for an addon for a few months but found nothing I was really happy with. So I decided to create one myself. And so MatBrowser4D saw the day of light. This is brand new.
