  Trying a new dentist today. Hoping they're good because my fake teeth are close to the 10 year mark and I'm pretty sure the bone above my teeth is deteriorating again. Wouldn't be good to not have a regular dentist if either of those things went wrong.

  It got so windy that a 3'x3' cardboard sign with a 4' metal post flew up and almost hit us! Ginger escaped by inches. I might need to lower my wind speed and gust thresholds for walk safety.

  My friend's hs daughter rows and she said her shoulders remind her of mine when we first met. ❤️ Would love to get some boulder shoulders again, but I've been focusing on lower body for the past several years for practical purposes.
