Too hot today, skipping my run.

Whoops, fed the sourdough starter too much and it started exploding.

Trying a new dentist today. Hoping they're good because my fake teeth are close to the 10 year mark and I'm pretty sure the bone above my teeth is deteriorating again. Wouldn't be good to not have a regular dentist if either of those things went wrong.

The last of my swim caps bit the dust over the winter. I splurged and got silicon instead of latex new ones.

It got so windy that a 3'x3' cardboard sign with a 4' metal post flew up and almost hit us! Ginger escaped by inches. I might need to lower my wind speed and gust thresholds for walk safety.

New glasses! I'm no longer squinting to read clocks across the room.

GCW at Effy's Big Gay Brunch ended with a match between two trans wrestlers, and the last words on the mic were black lives matter and free palestine. Love it.

My friend's hs daughter rows and she said her shoulders remind her of mine when we first met. ❤️ Would love to get some boulder shoulders again, but I've been focusing on lower body for the past several years for practical purposes.

Funny that my knee is fine for walking a bunch, fine for lifting (though I haven't been lifting that heavy), mostly fine for running even... but standing for long periods of time = big nope.

The optometrist also said I'm probably a couple of years away from bifocals.

Have had You Sexy Thing stuck in my head for days. I've hit on every inanimate object in the house many times.

I saw a lesser goldfinch outside our front door this morning. 💛

I wore the wrong shoes to dinner. I sweat too much to wear shows without socks. What have I done?

Hah! 2 for 2 on my jeopardy bird photo identification.

Nothing like the muscle massage hook (so good we refer to it as the back dildo in our house) and some foam rolling to keep the spinal erectors from seizing up due to stress.

Fucking daylights savings time. I took down a clock to reset it, put it back up, it fell, broken beyond repair now. And I had just bought the clock a month ago.

One more week until Gardeners World is back.

Fall into bed to say hi to the dog after work, turned into a 3.5 hour nap.

Giving the background on a process, I explain that people didn't know why an error was happening. Person I'm explaining it to says that "then they put the right person on the job" because it got passed to me and they know I can't stand leaving anything as a mystery.

Doo doo doo Just sitting online collecting memes that I will either delete without sending to anyone or will send to 4-8 people at the same time, all in order to avoid going to bed because that means I have to get up tomorrow.

If I'm being honest, really struggling with depression today, getting cokes and going to do cathartic list making with stickers and glitter pens to get me through the day. Just using the real, but in reality doable heat as an excuse.

In the bathroom at the ramen restaurant for lunch yesterday.

So hot out today. The sun is extra harsh.

Put the little tomato plants out yesterday to hearty up a bit. They all got flattened by the wind, but all perked back up just fine. Out again today!

The moon joined me for my walk to the farmer's market this afternoon.

So beautiful out today, I think I might run to the farmer's market for honey and tea after work.

My bf is a big Jeopardy fan. I got to impress him with a one off answer the other day where I identified a photo of a kestrel. 🧠💪🏻 Still living off of that high.

The bf got us some shirts. I think he's got pretty good fashion sense.
