  Because it's 2026, I resurrected my FirefoxOS-era meditation app: https://meditation.wrla.ch/ Now updated to use service workers and the modern wakelock API. No JavaScript build system, no frameworks, no business model, no gamification, no courses. The only that's simpler is a stick of incense and a book of matches.

  TIL about pex, an interesting-looking tool for transplanting python virtualenvs across machines. Seems like a great alternative for some bespoke use cases that I have at $DAY_JOB (and maybe you do too, if you're reading this).
