I am the former co-PI of the <a href="https://zirk.us/@klangofnature" class="u-url mention">@klangofnature</a> project and the current president of the <a href="https://hcommons.social/@eseh" class="u-url mention">@eseh</a>.  My broader research interests focus on how nature has been perceived, explained, and managed in late modern Europe.

Things are starting to feel real: the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) has sent me the confirmation letter that in the fall I can start my #Heisenberg position at the University of Potsdam !
