@Djromero @mmasnick I was going to say... DnD can be described many ways, but brisk is not one of them.

Happy Burns night everyone! I made some vegetarian haggis that was absolutely fantastic! Complete with marching it in to bagpipes (being played on YouTube). #food #burnsnight

@Sagetisseur pearled Barley, Oats, black lentils, miso, onions, carrots, Worcestershire (making it technically non veg, but close enough), blackstrap molasses, mace & nutmeg. Heavily inspired by this recipe: https://scottishscran.com/vegetarian-haggis-recipe/

Does anyone else hear the NES Spy Hunter theme whenever you drive by a parked empty truck with ramps leading down? Or is that just me? #needSomeOilSlick

Alright trying out this cross posting using an app. I generally like the Threads community, but the whole billionaires spoiling our fun seems to be leaking over there. So let's see how posting everywhere works for now.

Our good friends Val and Kenzie lost their home in Altadena as part of the fires. Along with their two kids and dog they are safe, but will have a long road ahead. Any help you could throw their way, if you have the means, would be appreciated. https://gofund.me/55f59b43

On a light note... this was the size of the rice that came with my curry. We were comically dividing this between the 4 of us.

One this that has struck me is the current language of TFG posts. You don't suddenly start spelling words correctly and using full sentences after years of covfefe. So someone is potentially looking at this horrific nonsense and fixing grammar and spelling. A true Grammar N**i

It strikes me that both real journalism and our legislative branch do not work under emergency speed. It takes seconds to tear something down and hours, days, or weeks to respond effectively. I fear the damage done to our country in such a short time will take decades to repair.
