  The AQI has been over 500 all day today (sitting at 586 right now) so I’m taking my decision to not spend any time outside in the pool today (something I do almost every day in the summer) as a smart decision.

  Sometimes you need to buy a bunch of clams, mussels, chicken, chorizo, shrimp, and crab and then make a paella for dinner. Just needs to be done sometimes.

  🥭 It’s Indian mango season! 🥭 Managed to get myself some cases of alphonso, kesar, and badami mangoes. Very excited. (Next challenge: consuming multiple cases of mangoes that will all be ripe in a few days.)

  There are around 50 unique potato varieties grown for chips in the U.S. right now. Efforts to improve those varieties are constant.
