In the US, the average Family Practice &amp; OBGYN provider in the US is only allotted 15 minutes per patient, to go over is directly taking time from the next patient this is not decided by the provider but by insurance, they are just a cog in the machine. Want better healthcare? Destroy insurance. Force the government to open up more medical residency slots (something Obama and Biden could have easily done on their own). We do not lack qualified medical students, but federal residency...

North American friends: tick season is here, the risk for Lymes will grow until peaking in May and then die down until late summer where it&#39;ll start growing again until peaking in October the best defense against Lymes is preventing a bite! Aside from long pants, hats, all that good stuff, after having fun in the prairie or woodlands check everywhere that is warm and dark on your body- hairline, groin area, where cuffs and waistbands connect with skin, etc.

making up more reproductive health goodie bags before lunch every goodie bag has: 10 different types of condoms (including one condom keychain), a couple lubes, and a whole bunch of little info packets or cards talking about things like consent, the services we offer, how to spot human trafficking, general genital health facts, etc. Most of this stuff was given to us cost free from grants and contests! Every sexual &amp; reproductive health patient gets a goodie bag when they come in (:
