  Does anybody know how exactly "turning off the internet" works in countries like Iran or Russia? Is there a good place on the internet where there are people discussing about that in technical detail? #internet #networking #question

  (1/2) @lagedernation ich muss sagen, ich verstehe eure Anhimmlung bezüglich #apps nicht ganz. Klar, (Smartphone-)Apps können praktisch sein, haben aber auch einige Nachteile, die man mit einer Webapp (über die man mit nem QR-Code kommt). - Mobile only: wenn ich einen Laptop habe möchte ich vielleicht nicht auf meinem Handy rumdrücken - Geschlossene App-Systeme: Smartphone-Apps lädt der normale Bürger bei Apple oder Google herunter (digitale Soveränität) #lagedernation
