Windows 11 being broken and our IT policies being not very good has cost me more than 10% of my work hours this week, plus, as a consequence of today&#39;s schedule collapsing, the plans for my evening and weekend.

Turn&#39;s out the only thing big tech needed to capture the free software movement by and large was an offer to the people that they, too, could move fast and break things. Where&#39;s the community in this, the fun, the ideal of open and freely shared technology, of building an understanding foremost?
