@atpfm when you get anonymous feedback giving something that sounds like insider info (like the chip roadmap feedback in episode 700, 26:11 in the bootleg), it would be nice to know if that is anonymous to you (could be any rando) or if you’re granting anonymity to someone but you know who they are, or at least what you know of how knowledgeable/informed they are.

Doing maintenance on some lab instruments at work and I’m reminded of a former tech I had who was worried about a solenoid valve that was stuck open, venting a gas into the room. He was concerned about the possible health effects of breathing nitrogen. The nitrogen was taken out of the air ten feet away from where it was being injected into the samples in the instrument.
