    I&amp;#39;ve been binge-watching (binge-listening?) the Creative Pep Talk podcast lately. On one hand it&amp;#39;s the usual &amp;quot;self-help for artists&amp;quot; thing that&amp;#39;s really easy to find. On the other hand (!!!) the host is an illustrator with ADHD and just *the way he talks about things* is **extremely** relatable, and it&amp;#39;s refreshing to hear advice that isn&amp;#39;t just &amp;quot;make art a routine&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;do it every day&amp;quot;.     Got myself an Ableton Move. It’s been a week. I’ve made 7 little “drafts”. It’s very fun. It has just the *right* kinds of limitations that help me get out of my own head and have **fun** while trying to make good sounds happen in an interesting order.
