My daughter and I volunteer at the fabulous Kielder Observatory - we were there on Sunday night. The Observatory is recruiting an astronomer/science communicator. It's an amazing place, and I heartily recommend it. Do share this if you can: https://kielder.space/careers/

North Tyne and Redesdale Pool League, 2025-26: W10 L10 W8 L4 (league only) Very much hampered by an early-season poor run at our new, and not terribly nice venue, I need to improve again significantly next year. We'll be changing venues again, and hopefully I can recharge my batteries over the summer.

RE: https://en.osm.town/@openstreetmap/116165330892920654 This is an immaculately written response. It has calm, quiet authority, and seeks to respond not in the terms of the other interested party, but in a scope of worldwide community openness and empowerment. It does so with complete respect, but without diluting its own perspective. Bravo. (h/t @emily_s for the link)
